  • Full-service wedding planning is for couples who desire comprehensive support from start to finish. We support every aspect, from venue sourcing, program development, budget consultation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, design, and logistics, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey to your wedding day.

    Partial planning is ideal for couples who have already begun the planning process but need professional assistance with specific elements, such as vendor recommendations, timeline creation, or design guidance. We step in to fill the gaps and provide expert support where you need it most.

  • While it's possible to plan your own wedding, an experienced planner brings invaluable expertise, industry connections, and a calm presence to what can be a very demanding process. We save you time, reduce stress, help you stay within budget, and ensure every detail is meticulously executed. Our goal is to allow you to truly enjoy your engagement and your wedding day, rather than being overwhelmed by logistics.

  • We recommend booking a full-service wedding planner as soon as possible after your engagement, ideally 12-18 months out. This allows ample time for venue selection, booking top vendors, and thorough planning.

    For partial planning or coordination services, 6-9 months in advance is generally sufficient, but earlier is always better, especially for popular dates.

  • Day-of Coordination aka Month-of Coordination aka Wedding Management is for couples who have planned most of their wedding themselves but need a professional to manage the final details and execute the wedding day flawlessly.

    We typically 1-3 months before your wedding to finalize timelines, confirm with all vendors, run the rehearsal, and oversee every aspect on the wedding day itself, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy.

  • On your wedding day, your coordinator acts as the central point of contact for all vendors, manages the timeline, oversees setup, assists with guest flow, handles unexpected issues, cues the party for entrances, and generally keeps everything on track. We are there to troubleshoot, direct, and ensure your vision comes to life exactly as planned, allowing you and your family to be fully present.

  • Our pricing is based on the scope of services required, the complexity of your wedding, the number of guests, and the location. We offer various packages for planning, coordination, and officiating, and can also create custom proposals to fit your specific needs. We believe in transparency and will provide a detailed quote after our initial consultation.
